Here I Share my tips to everyday wellness. Rituals that help me to connect into my purpose. These rituals routines and ways of being and doing support me in living a life that is whole and connected to my purpose to be a conscious human raising conscious humans. These rituals and musings help me to stay on track for longer periods, longer stretches AND I fully give myself permission to be human, I get off track. I do things that don’t support who I am and who I want to become. And from that, I get to renegotiate and come back home to who I am, who I am becoming, and the values that I want to live into.
